What you will be doing:

· Identify opportunities and generate prospective and promising leads

· Ensure optimal conversion of prospects to closures

· Gain significant understanding of products and services to offer the best suited solution for customer requirements

· Streamline all matters concerning your accounts by being a focal point of contact

· Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships

· Actively retain and seek opportunities from existing customers

· Timely and successful assistance with customer requests or escalations ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained

· Prepare reports on current status and future prospects

Who we are looking for:

· Determined negotiators

· Strong and confident communicators

· Relevant experience holders

· English speakers (Arabic or secondary languages would be an added advantage)

· Excellent knowledge holders of MS Office

· Fast and adaptable learners

· Self-motivated and results-driven individuals
